Thank you for choosing NEO Make Shop. We specialize in high-quality 3D-printed components for the JDM community, and we are committed to getting your parts from our printers to your garage as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Business Hours: We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of service to ensure you get your parts when you need them.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather, particularly during peak seasons.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has reached the "shipped" status. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We currently ship to enthusiasts worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NEO Make Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Damage and Returns
We take great care in packaging our 3D-printed parts to ensure they survive the trip. However, if you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please contact us at neomakeship@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can start the replacement process for you.
