Refund policy
At NEO Make Shop, we stand behind the quality of our 3D-printed components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Initiate: Contact us at neomakeshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Ship: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges & Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Since 3D-printed parts can sometimes have unique structural characteristics, please reach out if you believe a part has a manufacturing defect that impacts its fitment or function. We will prioritize an exchange for the same item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom 3D Prints: Items printed in custom colors or bespoke designs requested by the customer.
- Used Parts: Any item that has been mounted, installed, or modified (sanded, painted, etc.) after delivery.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns of non-defective items to cover the cost of material and production time.
